LL profiles - solutions for expansion joints:
LL expansion profiles, made from a combination of stainless steel and EPDM, aluminum with EPDM or PVC with EPDM, are an ideal choice for surfaces that require the provision of expansion joints. These profiles are designed for floor installation and are used to connect tiles or other materials on the floor, while not bridging height differences. LL expansion profiles are ideal for separating zones and providing proper expansion joints on floors in a variety of environments.
Application:
The expansion joint profile is designed for use on floors where expansion joints are necessary, such as in large commercial or residential spaces. The expansion joint compensates for the stresses of the substrate, preventing tiles from cracking. It enhances interior aesthetics and extends the life of floors. The use of metal and rubber (EPDM) of appropriate hardness increases the strength of the expansion joint.
Features and Benefits:
Profiles for expansion joints are 250 cm long. The height of the profiles is 9.5 or 11.5 mm and the width is 9 mm. Available colors of PVC profiles are color combinations: gray-gray, gray-graphite, caramel-beige and caramel-brown.
There are also expansion joint profiles made of stainless steel or aluminum with similar dimensions (see technical drawings for details).LL metal profiles have a classic color of aluminum and steel with gray rubber filling.
