The service concerns: All repairs on Excellent brands

The service includes: Includes the standard of performance of a commissioned service by one service technician in one clock hour. This billing is done with an accuracy of 15 clock minutes of work started on a given order.

Services include: Product repair activities in accordance with the accepted and confirmed service order, post-repair inspection

The service does not include: Spare parts and components necessary to complete the repair of the product in question, travel to the site of the service.
